Job Summary
We areseeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Outlets Supervisor to overseethe operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within our hotel. Theideal candidate has a passion for hospitality strong leadership skills andthe ability to ensure consistent service standards across all venues.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operationsacross multiple food and beverage outlets.
Assist in training mentoringand supporting outlet staff.
Ensure excellent customerservice by addressing guest needs and resolving any issues.
Monitor food and beveragequality presentation and consistency in all outlets.
Oversee cash handlingopening/closing duties and shift reports.
Maintain a clean safe andorganized work environment in all outlets.
Collaborate with hotelmanagement to enhance guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with hotelpolicies procedures and health & safety standards.
Oversee mini bar operations inguest rooms. Ensure mini bars and mini bar storage are well-stocked andproperly maintained. Supervise mini bar attendants. Assist with Liquor BeerWine and Food Inventory and ordering.
Qualifications
Previous experience in asupervisory or leadership role in the hotel or restaurant industrypreferred.
Strong communication andproblem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and overseemultiple outlets efficiently.
Team-oriented mindset with ahands-on approach to leadership.
Availability to work eveningsweekends and holidays as needed.
