How will you make an impact
Join Thermo Fishers Corporate IT remote team as a Workday HCM Architect to craft HR solutions focusing on Workdays innovations in Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning & productivity focus areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Intelligence Optimize Workdays skills-based talent management solutions including Skills Cloud Talent Marketplace and Career Hub to drive strategic workforce planning initiatives multifaceted career pathing and facilitate internal talent movement
- AI powered Talent Management Leverage Workdays AI capabilities to improve recruiting hiring career pathing and succession planning
- Workday Illuminate - Implement solutions that harness Generative AI capabilities like Workday Everywhere Agentic AI and Succession Agent. Be a critical part in helping develop our generative AI and machine learning strategies that center around Workday
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements within Workday finding opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Partner with business partners internal IT staff and external consultants to ensure effective definition and delivery of HR Technology
Qualifications:
Education:
- B.S or M.S. in Management Information Systems Computer Science or other engineering field required with equivalent experience
Experience:
- 6 years of experience in the development/configuration and implementation of tier 1 Human Resources software or information technology systems
- 3 years of experience as a Technical Architect Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect
- Demonstrable experience in enterprise software application development integrations and architecture
- Hands-on experience with the development implementation and integration of Workday HCM
- Experience in implementing upgrades of cloud-based solutions
- Experience in providing consultation crafting and deploying of both HR AI and talent strategies and solutions
- Sound knowledge of business processes system to system integrations information/platform security
- Ability to manage competing demands and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Upbeat and self-motivated professional with good interpersonal planning communication documentation and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a passion for learning new skills and an interest in AI
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $130000.00$185000.00.
