Job Description
The Front Desk Agent at Hampton InnBoston-Natick plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for guests by providing exceptional customer service at the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of their rooms
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities and services
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Available to work weekends
- Available mornings afternoons and evenings
