We are seeking a Leasing Consultant in Coldwater MIwho is energetic goal-oriented and enjoys new challenges. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a team player. Previous property management experience is preferred but not required.
You Have:
- Marketing and networking skills
- Phone and email etiquette
- Strong communication skills
- Sales experience
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Organizational skills
- Bilingual preferred- Spanish or Hattian Creole
- Computer knowledge
