In this role you will working as an Industrial Engineer for a client that works in the Material Handling Industry. This position will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes ensuring optimal efficiency safety and quality.
This position is a CONTRACT TO POSSIBLE PERM role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering REQUIRED
- 5-10 years of experience in an industrial engineering role - preferably in metal fabrication
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles process optimization techniques and statistical analysis methods
- Familiarity with CAD software manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP systems Epicor a plus
- Experience with safety standards
- Strong problem solving skills
