What youll be doing:
The Senior Vendor Manager will be part of the Contact Centre Vendor Management team and will be responsible for building and managing relationships with core suppliers who supply the Contact Centres with workforce augmentation services ensuring they meet or exceed their contractual obligations. As a Senior Vendor Manager you will play a key leadership role in building and evolving the vendor management discipline within the Contact Centres and managing all aspects of the vendor relationship. You will support and manage the delivery of vendor services on behalf of the US Contact Centres. You will be viewed as an expert in the vendor relationship and will be responsible for managing the vendor contract and amendments. You will actively monitor report and manage the vendor performance oversee the vendor financials and invoicing process and lead regular governance meetings. You will work with the vendor and key partners on issue discovery and resolution as well as drive positive change by articulating clear deliverables and driving successful change management.
