Job Description

Work for a food wholesaler in Middlesex County as a Data Entry Specialist on night shift. Hours are 7p-3am


Responsibilities Include:

* Billing tickets validate shipments are complete print invoices
* Correct PGI (product goods issue) errors when they occur
* Add items to invoices if taken off by error by the biller
* Scan and archives billing tickets and load sheets
* Enter any receiving that comes in before the close of the night shift using the proper workflow
* Enter all pick tickets for delivery or pick up
* Verify batches to make sure they are correct before distributing
* Resolve delivery and fuel charges
* Generate employee sales memo and invoices weekly
* Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

* High School diploma a GED
* Experience in the Food Industry desired but not required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel and Office); SAP knowledge is a plus
* Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to change.
* Ability to work independently and in a team setting
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
