Are you a graduate with around 18 months of experience in a B2B sales environment Looking for the perfect next step in your career with a forward-thinking high-performing company Flowtech is seeking a motivated commercially astute Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your professional development within the UKs market leader in fluid power solutions. Well provide full trainingso while experience with hydraulics pneumatics or fluid power is a bonus its not essential. What is essential is a hunger to succeed strong customer focus and a drive to deliver results.

About the Role

Youll be at the heart of our sales operations managing a portfolio of customers and prospects across a defined territory. Youll build long-term relationships uncover opportunities and grow profitable salesall while learning from and collaborating with an experienced External Territory Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all designated customers

  • Cross-selling up-selling and growing the value of your territory

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities

  • Working closely with marketing external sales and customer service teams

  • Delivering on KPIs and reporting on your pipeline and performance

  • Adding real value to our customers and suppliers

Were Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has around 18 months of B2B sales experience

  • Is confident proactive and commercially aware

  • Thrives in a high-energy target-driven environment

  • Can build rapport quickly and communicate Flowtechs value

  • Is comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools

  • Is eager to learn develop and make an impact
