- Salary: 25100 per annum plus uniform
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (3-week rotating shift rota includes early shifts late shifts and weekend work)

Your Role:
- Perform receptionist and clerical duties provide a high level of customer service and deal with all complaints/enquiries efficiently.
- Distribute and collect hire equipment whilst running a deposit system where required.
- Administer bookings using computerised and manual systems.
- Be responsible for the workstation from the start of the shift until receipting up including recording daily takings for banking.
- Control and operate the PA telephone and lighting systems and to assist in the training of other reception staff as necessary.

- Comply with security requirements observe safe working practices Codes of Practice and operating procedures and to ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English
- Experience: Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional telephone manner. Highly organised methodical proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of working independently.
- Skills: Clear communicator and team player who puts customers first embraces change seeks improvements challenges the status quo understands budgets and prioritises safety and continuous improvement.
