Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering is required (MSME preferred)
- 8 years of experience in electro-mechanical product development preferably in robotics or industrial automation
- Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary projects from concept to production
- Strong communication and leadership skills including experience with distributed teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar tools for schedule and resource management
- Familiarity with risk analysis methods (FMEA hazard analysis) and industry safety certifications (e.g. CE UL)
- Bonus: Experience in ISO 9001/13485 or other quality environments
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
