Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the agency to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and manage project management practices to streamline processes.
- Assess and analyze risks associated with operations to develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and vendors to enhance operational workflows.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet performance goals and deadlines.
- Prepare reports and present findings to upper management as required.
- Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high-performance teams.
- Foster a collaborative environment that supports team goals and objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between departments and upper management.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of project management and risk management strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager Military Leader or similar role.
- Proficient in using office software and tools related to operations management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
