In general this Jr. Data analyst will provide support to our Vendor Management Administrator where the Performance of our contracted outsourced vendors is managed. Several KPIs that are managed through a contract shall be monitored and analyzed. Once the KPIs and targets are learned and they are versed in the contract they will use this to provide insight into key trends on performance opportunities and abidance of the contract terms including monitoring bonuses and penalties and creating/updating a dashboard displaying vendor performance.
General Responsibilities:
Manage contractual agreements where specific performance requirements are outlined
Analyze call center data
Deliver analytical reporting recommending enhancement solutions for efficiency where appropriate
Ensure accurate documentation of data elements reports and processes/procedures
Follow processes and protocols for ensuring quality reporting and analysis
Identify ways to ensure data integrity and validate reporting results to deliver a high degree of confidence in the final outcome
Perform ad hoc analysis as needed and support special projects
Qualifications:
Associates Degree or relevant years of experience
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel including data cubes
Ability to assimilate facts/data from various sources & develop analysis that provide key business insight
Ability to identify obstacles and develop solutions
Strong organizational and time management
Effective communicator - written and verbal
Self-accountability with high standards of personal performance
Proper general business acumen and professional maturity
