We value curiosity initiative and a builder mentalityand were looking for entrepreneurial driven individuals to join our team as an Investment Analyst to join our growing investment team based in Lisbon. The role offers broad exposure to private markets investing (including direct deals co-investments and fund selection) and the chance to work closely with senior team members on high-impact investment decisions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with up to 2 years of relevant experience (e.g. investment banking private equity corporate finance consulting) who is ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to a dynamic entrepreneurial investment platform.
Tasks
- Investment Analysis: Evaluate private market opportunities across sectors and geographies conducting in-depth financial modeling valuation and scenario analysis.
- Due Diligence: Support due diligence processes on funds companies and co-investments including research management interviews and competitive analysis.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Help track and analyze existing investments preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Market Research: Identify macro trends sector shifts and strategic themes to help shape investment theses.
- Founder & Manager Support: Collaborate with founders and investment partners to provide strategic and operational support contributing to value creation and long-term growth.
Requirements
- You have up to 2 years of experience in investment banking private equity corporate development or a similar analytical role.
- Youre analytical and intellectually curious with strong financial modeling skills and business judgment.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working independently and proactively.
- You communicate clearly and effectively both in writing and in person.
- You are fluent in English; fluency in German or other European languages is a plus.
- Youre excited to work at the intersection of entrepreneurship and long-term investing with a global outlook and strong attention to detail.
