Job title: Fitter - Maintenance
Reporting to: Asst Manager - Maintenance
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to handle Machines with daily and periodic maintenance.
2. Responsible to maintain required oil levels.
3. Responsible to attend machine breakdowns.
4. Daily monitoring the utilities.
5. Troubleshoot hydraulic pneumatic and electric systems.
6. Repair and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns. Repair/rebuild/replace parts where required.
7. Determine which machines techniques and tools to use when completing jobs.
8. Preventative Maintenance (PM) of various types of machines including determining what maintenance
is required.
9. Track and document PM reports and downtime.
10. Conduct general facility maintenance tasks.
Knowledge & Experience:
1. ITI Fitter or equivalent with 5 to 8 years experience working as a CNC Maintenance Technician in a
manufacturing environment or similar job.
2. In-depth knowledge of CNC Lathe and Milling machinery is an asset.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills working within a team-based environment.
5. Strong ability to work independently to complete assignments promptly while maintaining the high
standards required in our industry.
6. Experience using lifting devices (cranes and fork-lifts).
