Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team driving revenue growth and expanding the companys market presence. This role requires strategic planning team management and strong relationship-building skills to achieve sales targets in the travel and tourism sector.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients travel agents and corporate partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance analyze data and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations competitor activities and market developments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors/Master s degree in Business Sales or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership preferably in travel and tourism.
  • Strong negotiation communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
