Job Description

Northeast Chit Fund Services Private Limited a Hyderabad-based Chit Fund company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. As a part of the trusted Northeast group with over 40 years of experience in the financial services textile and real estate industry we have witnessed remarkable growth. & responsibilities

Require candidates for Business Development with proven ability to develop business.
Develop the business of the company by enrolling new members.
Guiding the members properly while enrolling for new chits.
Ensure submission of proper documentation by members at the time of enrolments.
Maintain cordial relations with the members.
Work towards achieving the targets set by the Manager / Management of the company.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our Chit Fund services.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study.

Qualifications

Proven track record of 1-4 years of experience in Banking Financial Services and Insurance sales.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a history of exceeding targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of investment products and financial services regulations.

Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.

Proficiency in Hindi English and Telugu languages.
