Responsibilities
As a Growth Associate at Refyne you will coordinate with internal teams (marketing operations etc. for launch alignment and act as the main point of contact between Refyne and client stakeholders ensuring smooth . Partner with clients to launch financial literacy initiatives and workshops. Manage the launch process track progress and provide necessary training to client teams. Design strategies to drive employee engagement and adoption of services. Create MIS reports to track launch progress participation and success. Address risks issues and provide post-launch support and optimization.
Youll be supported with resources mentorship and tools to succeed without burnout aiming for ambitious growth goals.
Qualifications
