Job Description
Job title: Design Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs. in Design and Detailing with purely Automotive Automation background.
Responsibilities:
1. Concept to Design
2. Sizing of components
3. Selection of material based on the application
4. Manufacturing process knowledge
5. Strong in engineering design and calculations
6. Selection of purchase items
7. Good communication skills
Knowledge & Experience:
1. Industrial automation
2. Special purpose machine design
3. Structural and Sheet metal fabrication
4. 3D modeling experience is required
5. Defining assembly process for the various components.
6. Application Knowledge on GD&T.
7. Making Detailed assembly and part level drawings.
8. Knowledge of Pneumatics pneumatic circuits preferred.
9. Assembly of machine as per design and of the project.
Basic qualification: Mechanical
Software Skills: Solid Works & Autodesk Inventor.
