• Shifts: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Priesty Fields Care Home located in the historic market town of Congleton is a beautifully designed facility blending modern design and technology with premium care and comfort. We provide bespoke residential and nursing care in a safe welcoming environment tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Our mission is to deliver compassionate person-centred care while empowering residents to maintain their independence. We offer residential nursing respite and specialized care services to the broader community addressing even the most intricate care needs.

As a Night Time Care Practitioner your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting residents with nighttime routines including personal care hygiene and settling into bed.
• Conducting regular safety and wellbeing checks throughout the night.
• Assisting with repositioning and mobility needs to ensure comfort and prevent health issues.
• Monitoring health conditions and promptly reporting any changes or concerns.
• Preparing the home for the next day ensuring it remains clean organized and welcoming.
• Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents who may need it during the night.
• Accurately documenting care activities and observations.
• Collaborating with the day team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of care.

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’

What we are looking for:

We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to making a difference in residents' lives. Ideally you’ll bring:

• A warm and empathetic nature with a passion for caregiving.
• Experience in health and social care is beneficial but not essential – we provide full training.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team especially during quiet nighttime hours.
• Excellent observation and communication skills to address residents’ needs promptly.
• Reliability and flexibility to adapt to the demands of night shifts.
• A commitment to maintaining the high standards of care and professionalism that Priesty Fields is known for.
