Position Title: Senior Account Manager
Work Setup: Work from Home
Salary: 6:00 am 3:00 pm PHT
Schedule: Php 75000.00 Php 85000.00


As a Senior Account Manager you will lead strategic client engagement efforts within the aged care sector overseeing highlevel recruitment planning and client growth initiatives. This leadership role demands an experienced professional with a deep understanding of recruitment operations client relationship management and performance optimization.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for key aged care accounts while mentoring junior Account Managers and collaborating across departments to drive service excellence compliance and revenue growth. Your ability to balance bigpicture thinking with handson execution will be critical in achieving both team and organizational goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities as a Senior Account Manager:

You will be accountable for strengthening client partnerships driving business expansion optimizing recruitment processes and leading crossfunctional initiatives. A strong commercial acumen analytical mindset and proactive leadership style are essential in this role.
Your Responsibilities as a Senior Account Manager would be:
Strategic Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
Lead strategic staffing discussions with clients identifying trends and forecasting longterm needs.
Design and implement tailored workforce plans to reduce unfilled shifts by at least 30% in target locations.
Collaborate with Recruitment and Talent Acquisition teams to align sourcing strategies with evolving client demands.
Monitor service delivery through Deputy and other tools to ensure accuracy efficiency and client satisfaction.
Provide insights and feedback to continuously improve sourcing rostering and shiftfill strategies.
Ensure weekly eshots and reverse marketing efforts support pipeline development and business acquisition targets.
Client Growth & Relationship Leadership:
Act as the senior relationship owner for toptier aged care clients handling escalations and overseeing service satisfaction.
Drive quarterly strategic reviews with clients providing analytics performance trends and solution roadmaps.
Spearhead new business acquisition by onboarding at least 3 4 new facilities per quarter in partnership with the Sales Team.
Identify crossselling opportunities and drive upsell strategies across multiple facilities within existing accounts.
Team Leadership & Coaching:
Mentor and support junior Account Managers by sharing best practices and providing training on client engagement compliance and recruitment strategy.
Serve as a key contributor in teamwide meetings and performance reviews ensuring alignment with department KPIs.
Model professional excellence and accountability across all communication and service delivery touchpoints.
Compliance Operations & Analytics:
Oversee and enforce 100% candidate compliance collaborating with the Compliance and QA teams.
Ensure JobAdder (CRM) and Deputy are maintained with high data integrity and used for effective forecasting.
Develop and present executivelevel reports summarizing account health growth potential and service risks.
Lead or colead special projects focused on operational improvement and client satisfaction.
Qualifications as a Senior Account Manager:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Healthcare Management or related field.
Minimum 3 5 years of proven experience in account management preferably within the healthcare or aged care staffing sectors.
Demonstrated success in client retention strategic planning and team leadership.
Proficiency in recruitment and CRM systems (e.g. JobAdder Deputy).
Exceptional communication negotiation and analytical skills.
Ability to lead initiatives drive decisions with data and manage complex client requirements.
Resilience adaptability and a growthoriented mindset.
