Job Summary:
My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Sales and Marketing team. This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives aimed at achieving both monthly and annual revenue goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong business acumen a global outlook and a passion for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead all sales and marketing efforts formulating and implementing strategic plans and campaigns aligned with company targets.
- Define global growth strategies including establishing international offices or distribution hubs to support direct customer engagement and overseas expansion.
- Continuously review and refine sales methods operational costs and performance outcomes to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive revenue generation through impactful sales strategies strong negotiation and effective relationship management. Identify growth opportunities and maintain longterm client relationships.
- Manage the marketing budget set strategic objectives and collaborate with the marketing team to deliver digital campaigns promotional content market research event planning and branded materials.
- Provide strong leadership and support to the team including mentoring and training to ensure high performance. Set clear targets track progress and cultivate a collaborative and motivated work culture.
- Ensure a customerfirst mindset across all touchpoints by training the sales and support teams to offer responsive personalized service.
- Perform additional sales and marketing duties as required by business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related discipline.
- 710 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing; prior exposure to both local and global markets particularly in the FMCG sector is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and independent working skills with a collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in market research competitive analysis and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Agile and strategic thinker capable of navigating and responding to evolving market conditions.
