Utilize various sourcing techniques including job portals social media internal referrals and recruitment agencies.
Screen interview and assess candidates using structured interview methods and competencybased frameworks.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent from the FMCG/food sector.
Manage campus hiring and internship programs in collaboration with academic institutions.
Monitor recruitment KPIs (time to hire cost per hire offertojoin ratio) and suggest continuous improvements.
Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and local labor laws.
Lead recruitment automation and ATS implementation or optimization projects.
Build strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
5 8 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG or a fastmoving consumer environment.
Expertise in endtoend recruitment within the FMCG/food/beverage industry.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Handson experience with ATS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Taleo Workday).
Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Naukri and other platforms.
Deep understanding of functional roles across supply chain production R&D marketing and sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use recruitment data for decisionmaking.
Education
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. 2+ years of inside sales experience in healthcare/wellness. 3. Proven sales track record. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
