Job Description

As we continue to scale operations we are seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead strategic talent acquisition and help build a highperformance workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for mid to seniorlevel roles across functions.

  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to forecast hiring needs and develop talent pipelines.

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques including job portals social media internal referrals and recruitment agencies.

  • Screen interview and assess candidates using structured interview methods and competencybased frameworks.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent from the FMCG/food sector.

  • Manage campus hiring and internship programs in collaboration with academic institutions.

  • Monitor recruitment KPIs (time to hire cost per hire offertojoin ratio) and suggest continuous improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and local labor laws.

  • Lead recruitment automation and ATS implementation or optimization projects.

  • Build strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.

  • 5 8 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG or a fastmoving consumer environment.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in endtoend recruitment within the FMCG/food/beverage industry.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Handson experience with ATS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Taleo Workday).

  • Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Naukri and other platforms.

  • Deep understanding of functional roles across supply chain production R&D marketing and sales.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use recruitment data for decisionmaking.

Education

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. 2+ years of inside sales experience in healthcare/wellness. 3. Proven sales track record. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
