You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join UGM on a 3month contract basis to support financial leadership during a temporary leave. In this pivotal role you will manage budgeting and forecasting cycles provide insightful analysis to support strategic decisionmaking and oversee a small collaborative finance team all while staying handson with execution.

Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasting for all departments and programs
Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to support leadership decisionmaking
Oversee preparation and review of business case financial reviews for new initiatives
Manage and mentor a team of three staff members providing guidance and support on daytoday finance activities
Maintain and improve NetSuite ERP system usage for planning tracking and reporting
Partner with operational leaders to enhance budget ownership and financial literacy across departments
Support ad hoc analysis presentations and financial modeling as needed
CPA designation (or equivalent experience in FP&A leadership roles)
7 years of progressive experience in financial planning budgeting and analysis
Prior experience in NetSuite is highly preferred
Strong Excel and data visualization skills
Ability to lead with both strategy and execution handson and collaborative
Empathy professionalism and a strong alignment with companys values and mission
Experience in notforprofit or social impact organizations is an asset but not required
Duration: Minimum 3 months with possibility of extension
Schedule: Fulltime hours preferred (some flexibility possible)
Compensation: $95000 annualized (prorated for contract duration)
