Job Description
Zen Business Solutions is looking for a proficient Panel Beater to join our team. Removing repairing and replacing damaged panels frames and other components ensuring the reassembly of the vehicle back to the preaccident condition. Candidates should be experienced in Using various tools and techniques to shape cut and weld metal panels. Check received parts on arrival disassemble vehicle as per job sheet ensuring that all work performed meets industry and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed.
- Remove repair or replace damaged panels alignment and fitment.
- Use hand and power tools to straighten file grind and sand vehicle surfaces.
- Weld grind and smooth surfaces to restore the original shape of panels.
- Apply body filler to repair dents and scratches then sanding for a smooth finish.
- Reassemble vehicles and ensure all parts are functioning properly.
- Work with paint technicians to prepare vehicles for refinishing.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintain records of work completed and ensure timelines are me.
