Job Description
Job Summary:
We re looking for a dependable and detailoriented PartTime Residential MoveOut Cleaner to join our team. You ll be responsible for deep cleaning vacant homes and apartments to prepare them for new tenants. If you take pride in a job well done and enjoy independent work we d love to hear from you.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize all areas of empty residential units including kitchens bathrooms living spaces and bedrooms
Clean inside and outside of appliances such as refrigerators ovens and microwaves
Wipe down cabinets counter tops baseboards doors and light fixtures
Clean interior windows mirrors and other glass surfaces
Sweep vacuum and mop floors
Take out any remaining trash and leave the unit movein ready
Follow provided cleaning checklists and report any damages or issues
Requirements:
Prior residential or moveout cleaning experience preferred
Reliable transportation to job sites
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to lift to 25 lbs and perform physically active work
Punctual and dependable

Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship. 2+ years of experience as a plumber. Valid plumbing license preferred. Reliable transportation. Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems. Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools. Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. Good listening and communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and patience. Physical dexterity. Pay: $15 - $20 (depending on licensing and experience)
