- Create update and remove job posting from different service requisitions on the different platforms available for these purposes.
- Evaluate all resumes received and identify candidates that match customer requirements.
- Conduct phone interviews to identify candidates who align with client requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews of selected candidates with the Human Resources Representative.
Requirements
- A bachelor s degree in Human Resources business administration or a related field.
- Proven track record in recruitment and payroll typically 25 years.
- Strong mathematical and data entry skills.
