Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 1:00 PM 5:00 PM PST
Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours


Our client is in the early stages of launching a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) school and is looking for a reliable organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support key startup tasks. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a missiondriven business from the very beginning and help lay the foundation for future success.


Key Responsibilities
Research & Compliance
  • Research CNA school regulations and licensing requirements by state

  • Track application deadlines and gather necessary documents

  • Compile information on curriculum standards instructor qualifications and facility needs


Operations Support
  • Draft business documents (e.g. SOPs policies course outlines)

  • Assist with setting up systems for scheduling enrollment and student tracking

  • Coordinate with vendors service providers and instructor candidates


Marketing & Outreach
  • Set up and manage social media and email marketing tools

  • Design simple graphics or flyers using Canva or similar tools

  • Research local outreach opportunities (e.g. community boards job centers)


Administrative Tasks
  • Manage emails and calendar

  • Organize digital files and folders

  • Track tasks and help meet deadlines



Qualifications
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong research organization and communication skills

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace Canva and basic CRM tools

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Interest in education healthcare or small business development is a plus


Nice to Have
  • Experience with state licensing or healthcare education programs

  • Familiarity with CNA training or healthcare instruction
