Our client is a digital agency specializing in customer journey strategy social media management and media publicity.
They re looking for a creative Social Media Manager to lead their clients online presence with a focus on storytelling community engagement and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Content Planning
Develop and execute compelling social media strategies tailored to client goals.
Create monthly content calendars that align with brand messaging marketing campaigns and seasonal trends.
Conduct audience and competitor analysis to inform platformspecific approaches.
Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign launches and product storytelling.
2. Content Creation & Scheduling
Manage endtoend content production from concept to publishing (in partnership with designers and videographers).
Write engaging copy and captions optimized for each platform (Instagram Twitter LinkedIn TikTok Facebook etc.).
Oversee post scheduling using tools.
Ensure consistency in voice branding and visual style across all client accounts.
3. Community Management & Engagement
Actively monitor and respond to comments DMs and mentions in a timely and brandappropriate manner.
Build online communities by fostering conversations and encouraging usergenerated content.
Identify and engage with relevant influencers collaborators and online communities.
Flag sentiment changes feedback or crisis signals to relevant teams.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics such as engagement rates reach impressions conversions and audience growth.
Prepare monthly reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.
Use analytics to continuously refine strategies and maximize impact.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any related field
- 3 4 years experience managing social media accounts (agency or brandside)
- Proven track record of creating highperforming content across major platforms Experience in video editing tools like Capcut Hootsuite and Metricool. Canva is a plus
- Experience using scheduling and analytics platforms.
- Ability to create engaging video content like reels. Video editing is a plus.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for visuals and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to create good reports and presentations.
