We are seeking a detailoriented and techsavvy Junior Process Associate to join our team in Trichy. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in epublishing XML conversion and AIdriven content processing with a keen focus on digital accessibility and editorial standards. This role supports the endtoend digital content lifecycle for clients across publishing healthcare edtech and archival industries.
Perform XML conversion of various content formats adhering to industry standards such as JATS BITS and NLM.
Apply AI and Machine Learning tools for metadata generation automated tagging and content quality checks.
Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 to support digital accessibility initiatives.
Assist in copyediting proofreading and typesetting to maintain high editorial standards.
Conduct semantic tagging metadata enrichment and provide analytical insights for content optimization.
Coordinate with project managers and production teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
Maintain quality control throughout various stages of the editorial and production workflow.
Work on content solutions tailored to sectors like academic publishing edtech healthcare publishing and library services.
Bachelors degree in English Computer Science Information Science or related field.
2 to 3 years of proven experience in epublishing XML conversion or digital content production.
Proficiency in XML HTML and associated tools for content transformation.
Familiarity with AI/ML content platforms or automation tools used in publishing workflows.
Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1 Section 508).
Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.
Ability to perform quality checks with high attention to detail.
Knowledge of editorial practices grammar rules and style guides.
Good organizational and project coordination skills.
