Job Description

Welcome to The Freelance Firm!

We are a national network of experienced highlevel freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote ondemand support for both shortterm and longterm legal projects for our client law firms.

Due to increased demand we are now interviewing for a qualified experienced and dedicated Washington StateLicensed Probate and Estate Planning Attorney.

Remote work hours will vary but are expected to range from approximately 10 hours per week.

Attorney Requirements:

Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Washington
Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant practice areas
Familiar with all aspects of Probate and Estate Planning
Familiar with TEDRA litigation preparation
Strong research and writing skills
Wellorganized and proven ability to meet deadlines
Detailoriented
Client focused
Selfstarter and able to work independently
