What Youll Be Doing
As aFull Stack Software Developer you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Full Ownership of Development Take part inevery stepof the software development lifecycle fromideation and designtoarchitecture coding deployment and maintenance.
- DecisionMaking & Design Participate intechnical discussionsanddesign decisions contributing expertise to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.
- Feature Development Plan implement andrelease new featuresthat improve the user experience and enhance platform functionality.
- Problem Solving & Innovation Inspire and challenge the organization withinnovative solutionsand insights on best practices.
- DataDriven Decisions Analyze gather and aggregatetechnical and nontechnical datato support decisionmaking.

Who You Are
- Experience in PHP and Smarty particularly in working withOJS (Open Journal Systems) is advantage
- Experience in fullstack web development particularly for web applications
- Experience with componentbased frontend development (ideally React)
- Proficiency in Pythonbased web frameworks (Django Flask etc.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs
- Experience with UX design is a plus.
- Experience in document conversion (i.e. DTD DOCX JATS XML HTML LaTeX PDF) is a huge plus
- Experience working with rich text editors is a plus
- Ability to work lean iterating ontimeboxed MVPsfor AIdriven projects.
- Strong problemsolving skillswith a selfdriven and proactive approach.
- Friendly and open to constructive feedback fostering a collaborative team environment.
