Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients addressing inquiries resolving concerns and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. This role is vital to maintaining our reputation for excellent service and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in person in a prompt and courteous manner
Assist clients with service requests scheduling and general information
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and followups
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently
Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed
Support administrative duties such as data entry and file management
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support (minimum 1 year)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
Detailoriented with a problemsolving attitude
