Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide timely and professional support to our clients ensuring all inquiries and concerns are handled with care and efficiency. This role is critical in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the daily operations of our design team.
Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist with order processing project updates and scheduling
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver solutions
Monitor and follow up on customer satisfaction
Prepare client reports and support materials as needed
Support general administrative tasks related to customer service
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in customer support administrative assistance or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
