You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailTwo (2) Engineers Manager are required to support the Project Development team as Owners Engineers. The assignment involves driving the technical delivery of earlyphase industrial projects with a focus on preFEED and FEED stages. The Project Engineers will manage engineering deliverables and ensure alignment with project objectives to enable smooth transition to execution phases.
Key Responsibilities
Own the scope design technical content schedule and budget for engineering studies.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project elements setting technical requirements and milestones.
Deliver technical engineering outputs during preFEED and FEED stages with emphasis on accuracy alignment and readiness for execution.
Define the design basis and technical scope; ensure quality and alignment in engineering documentation and specifications.
Lead and manage external engineering contractors ensuring ontime and quality delivery.
Monitor engineering progress and risk coordinating mitigations with internal teams.
Coordinate discipline interfaces (civil mechanical electrical automation etc.).
Manage and close out technical reviews such as HAZOPs design reviews and constructability assessments.
Ensure all work complies with regulatory industry and internal QHSE standards.
Identify and support modularization and standardization opportunities during scope development.
Assist procurement through technical input scope definition and vendor document reviews.
Mentor junior engineers and foster best practices within the engineering team.
Qualifications :
Education
Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical Civil Electrical or related discipline)
Professional Experience
Strong background in engineering/project management within an industrial plant environment
Proven experience in managing and delivering engineering projects at various scales
Capability to adapt to fastpaced and dynamic project environments
Technical Competencies
Expertise in at least one core engineering discipline; able to interact across all others
Skilled in engineering design tools and digital collaboration platforms (e.g. model review tools document control systems)
Familiarity with external engineering vendors and best practices in vendor oversight
Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills (English)
Working knowledge of data management tools for reporting and progress tracking
