Senior Conversational Content Designer & Language Architect

About the Role:

Were seeking a Senior UX Content Designer to join our mission of improving the financial services for immigrants and their families worldwide. Specifically were looking for a senior UX content conversation designer to focus on our customercentric selfservice experiences including for our awardwinning virtual assistant integrations with WhatsApp and other high priority UX content design projects.

Youll report to the senior manager of product content and be a key contributor to the content design team standards and team culture.

This is a hybrid role based in Seattle WA.

You Will:

• Content creation: Create new content and continue to iteratively improve content based on product and design team feedback customer feedback and metrics and and UX research insights.
• Voice tone and messaging: Ensure the UX content reflects Remitlys brand and product voice and tone best practices. Work to align messaging across customer touchpoints to keep content cohesive and aligned across the app and customer experience.
• Content strategy: Establish content strategy content patterns and best practices for scalable global user experiences. Identify content needs and gaps and determine the user journeyand the best elements and components from our design system to leverage (or establish in partnership with the design systems team).
• Crossteam collaboration: Partner with the product design product management and engineering teams to create a frictionfree customercentric product experience.
• Work across the product team and across Remitlywith legal/compliance engineering UX research customer success analytics brand marketing and other teamsto strategize and evolve how the user experience fits into Remitlys product strategy; prioritize work; and measure content impact.
• Systems thinking: Ability to develop scalable content designs; ability to create content libraries to support efficiencies and product velocity.
• Content design standards: Help set and raise the standards for content design by ensuring content is clear complete concise conversational accessible onbrand and easy to translate for our customers. Contribute to the expansion and ongoing improvements of our content design standards design system and resources for the global product team.

You Have:

• 5 years or more of experience in content design with additional skills in content strategy
• Experience creating and tuning content for small and large language models (LLMs) used as the foundation of conversational designs and virtual assistant experiences
• Experience using AI tools judiciously for generative content design (including prompt design)
• Familiarity with UX product accessibility best practices
• Expertise in content usability research preferred

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $136000 $155000. In the U.S. Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
