Summary


The Human Resources Systems Analytics and Operations Team within theDepartment of Human Resources (DHR)seeksan innovative driven and customerfocused professional to serve as aPerformanceModuleAdministrator(FunctionalAnalystIII).This position will work closely with DHRsOperational Leadership NEOGOV ApplicationSupervisorBusiness Systems LeadKing County InformationTechnologyandkey business partnersto support thecreation of a workplan to modernize and standardizePerformancemodule workflows to supportHuman Resource (HR) community.This rolewill also serve as the subject matter expert (SME) translating system configurations and functionality to support troubleshoot and provide technicalassistancefor NEOGOVsPerformancemodule.

This position will report to theNEOGOV HR ApplicationsSupervisorand work closely with DHR Operational leadershiptheCareer and CultureEmployee Experience team and our partners in King County Information Technology.

Work Schedule
This position is nonexempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and therefore overtime eligible. Employees are paid on a biweekly schedule every other Thursday comprising a 40hour workweek normally 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position is not represented by a union and is classified as a Functional Analyst III: class code: 733501.

Teleworking Requirement
The Department of Human Resources has a hybrid workforce with employees working both onsite and from home. The work associated with this position is currently being performed predominantly through telework complemented with onsite work and meetings as needed. Frequency of onsite work will vary based on business and operational needs. Employees must reside in Washington State and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.

Employees will be provided with a County issued laptop and must maintain a home workspace with an internet connection where they can reliably perform work and remain available and responsive during scheduled work hours.
