Job Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is currently looking for a Manager HR Data & Reporting to join our team in LaVergne TN just outside Nashville. This person will manage the collection and reporting of HRrelated data to support business decision making improve HR processes and ensure data integrity. The manager will design and generate standard and customized HR reports and dashboards. They will implement efficient means of data collection methods and procedures and recommend necessary changes to increase efficiency. This individual will act as the liaison between HR the IT department and Ingram Industries HR

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5 years experience with human resources systems
  • 2 years experience managing people or projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the development and execution of HR data reports and dashboards for key HR metrics including headcount turnover compensation recruitment diversity and employee engagement.
  • Ensures the accuracy integrity and timeliness of HR data for internal reporting requirements.
  • Prepares adhoc and scheduled reports for HR and business leadership to track trends patterns and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilizes HRIS and other analytics tools to aggregate data from various HR systems including performance management talent acquisition payroll learning and benefits systems.
  • Leads a team that manages the HR data lifecycle ensuring high standards of data quality and security.
  • Collaborates with HR business partners to understand their reporting needs.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert on HR data and reporting providing training and guidance to HR teams and other departments on effective data usage
  • Identifies opportunities for improving HR data systems and processes driving automation and efficiency in data collection and reporting.
  • Works closely with IT teams to ensure HR systems are optimized for accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices for HR data management and reporting
  • Develops and maintains system documentation and ensures proper training is provided to endusers.
  • Enhances the effectiveness of HR systems including the automation of HR processes and maximization of the use of available automation tools.
  • Prepares requested and scheduled government reports ensuring deadlines are met and data is complete and accurate

Hiring Salary Range: $95295k  $120834k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities geographic location as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
