The Supply Chain Coordinator will manage orders monitor inventory levels and resolve customer order issues in our dynamic retail environment utilizing Microsoft Dynamics D365. The hybrid role will support efficient order fulfillment accurate inventory tracking and exceptional customer experience for our Sushi Kiosks. You will collaborate with retail operations warehouses and customer service to keep our Supply Chain running smoothly.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders in D365 to ensure they are delivered on time and in full.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimum stock availability and process substitutions as needed.
- Assist in customer order issues by investigating delivery issues like overages shortages and damages.
- Regular updating of customer facing pricing/inventory portal
- Collaborate with finance procurement sales and logistics teams to forecast inventory needs and support ordering decisions.
- Communicate with internal customers via email or phone to provide updates and solutions.
- Partner with sourcing and product management to ensure limitedtimeoffers and promotions are executed without issues.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and support to supply chain team in the field regarding inventory management processes and technologies.
- Builds reporting to track key performance indicators
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Assoicates or Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory and/or order management supply chain or logistics roles.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or similar ERP.
- Strong proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
