Job Description
Eventide is seeking an entrylevel Plugin Developer to join the group responsible for developing its worldclass audio plugins. We are seeking a smart eager developer who is as equally passionate about music and audio as they are designing developing and troubleshooting complex software products.
The ideal candidate will be a person who is driven to take projects from conception to completion to ship products. Youll be implementing GUIs for our desktop and iOS plugins developing and maintaining our GUI and plugin framework and assisting with customer support and QA issues.
Qualifications :
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Music Technology or equivalent
- Experience with modern C and design patterns for OOP
- Experience with JUCE
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Highly organized with good documentation habits
- Good communication skills and a team player
Desirable:
- Experience developing audio plugins (VST AU AAX) for Windows macOS and/or iOS
- Experience with CMake
- Experience with Python
- Familiar with music production tools; producer recording engineer or musician experience
Additional Information :
This is a hybrid position candidates will need to be inperson several days per week in either Little Ferry NJ or Seattle WA.
Salary range: $65k$85k.
