Were seeking an experienced and proactive Ecommerce & Marketing Manager to own and optimize our digital presence. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of our ecommerce and marketing initiativesfrom platform operations and digital advertising to email marketing content creation and social media. The ideal candidate is both strategic and handson with deep experience in Magento digital marketing and ecommerce performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Magento Ownership: Maintain update and optimize the Magento ecommerce site including coordinating with external developers on site improvements bug fixes and feature rollouts. Working with team to coordinate product launches category updates and merchandising strategies to support ongoing growth.
- Project Management: Oversee and prioritize projects with our development team to enhance site performance user experience and functionality.
- PPC & SEO: Manage relationships with external PPC agencies ensuring campaigns align with business goals and deliver strong ROI. Execute and maintain all onsite SEO keyword strategies and performance tracking.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan build and execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions across channels including email web and social.
- Content Creation: Write and publish web content product landing pages blog articles and other SEOfriendly content that aligns with brand voice and goals.
- Email Marketing: Create and deploy emails using a marketing automation platform (Dotdigital) including segmentation dynamic content and automated journeys.
- Social Media Management: Own and manage all company social media accounts including content strategy creative development scheduling and community management.
- Marketing Asset Creation: Develop all marketing assets including banners graphics and sales materials in collaboration with internal teams.
- Promotion Management: Conceptualize and implement product and sitewide promotions to drive traffic conversions and customer engagement.
- Marketplace Management: Maintain and optimize product listings on Amazon and eBay ensuring accurate data competitive positioning and maximum visibility.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze ecommerce and marketing KPIs track performance and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience managing a Magentobased ecommerce site
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across paid search social media and email.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and handson experience with content strategy and implementation.
- Project management experience with internal and external stakeholders (development teams vendors and agencies).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Dotdigital Klaviyo or similar).
- Proficiency with Google Ads Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Suite or Canva) a plus.
- Highly organized selfmotivated and able to manage multiple projects independently.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in B2B ecommerce especially in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ERP systems (e.g. Odoo QuickBooks).
