As the Senior Manager of APAC Insights for our Talent Solutions business you will be responsible for leading a worldclass team of Insights leaders who collectively drive incremental sales and deepen strategic relationships with our Talent Solutions clients.
Responsibilities
Team leadership:
- Actively coach a team of Insights Managers Analysts and Program Managers to do their best work in using LinkedIns data to help create value for our Talent Solutions customers and sales teams.
- Develop and inspire the team to be successful in their broader career.
- Nurture a collaborative and impactoriented team culture both within the team as well as across crossfunctional stakeholder partnerships and other parts of the Insights team across the globe.
- Maintain high employee engagement
- Effectively source interview and hire a strong team that is constantly growing and holds a very high standard in everything they do.
Business leadership and strategic thinking:
- Actively contribute as a member of the APAC sales leadership team for Talent Solutions as a key business leader and subject matter expert for Insights
- Alongside the rest of the Talent Solutions Insights leadership team help define and execute the analytics roadmap to provide insights and thought leadership that fuel our Talent Solutions business
- Increase adoption and usage of datadriven insights in all stages of the sales process
- Work crossfunctionally with core stakeholders to develop and follow through on initiatives to elevate the impact that insights from LinkedIn data can drive on the Talent Solutions business.
- Achieve superior satisfaction scores from key stakeholders within the core businesses you support including sales and crossfunctional leaders.
- Represent the Insights team at internal business reviews and select client meetings.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 years of related work experience
- 3 years of people management and development experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- MBA or Masters degree in a related field
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication presentation and teamwork skills
- Highlevel problem solving and analytical skills combined with sharp business judgment and exceptional ability to communicate crossfunctionally
- Expertise in sales product marketing or operations
- Knowledge of quantitative research and data analytics
- Ability to work in a fastpaced startup environment
- Technical proficiency with SQL Hadoop Python or other data analytics skills
