We are looking for a Sales Manager to be based in our Singapore office to manage our Talent Solutions (Hiring Insights Learning) business for Thailand and the Philippines two of our fastest growing markets. In this role you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Account Executives that hunt and close new business opportunities. In addition you will be responsible for developing and executing the acquisition sales strategy. You will inspire and motivate employees daily and bring innovation to the sales process to accelerate our market growth.

Responsibilities Include:
- Lead a worldclass high performing team of Account Executives and nurture them in their development and transformation
- Define compelling vision to clarify future direction of the team
- Translate segments and regional plans to team strategies and leads key initiatives to scale business across teams and segments
- Consistently meet quarterly revenue goals and objective key results
- Demand excellence through demonstrating best sales practices coaching (through effective 1:1s) performance reviews developing and inspiring team members
- Coach your team on innovative sales practices to solve customer problems and create deal strategies especially at CxO level relationships
- Manage headcount forecast lead meetings align team to organizational vision and values
- Be able to lead and collaborate across sales development and marketing teams and provide internal partners intelligence (competitive industry market) to form product and business strategies
- Identify team challenges and lead training and education to improve rep effectiveness
- Proactively measures business and team goals and communicates effectively with clarity and conviction
- Establish and manage key industry & business partner relationships via various programs with an eye on commercial growth
- Work effectively in a virtual office setup where clients are based in a different market/territory from where you are stationed
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 years of quotacarrying sales experience
- 3 years of people leadership experience OR experience mentoring/indirectly leading individual contributors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Southeast Asian market with deep knowledge of economic drivers and policies influencing business strategy and growth
- Proven track record in acquiring new business sales both as an Individual Contributor and as a Manager
- Expertise in scaling businesses in highgrowth and highvelocity markets
- Sales and Sales Management experience preferably inTechnologySaaS and/or Human Capital / Consulting space
- Experience in managing industry relationships and driving commercial programs through these relationships
- Ability and willingness to coach and provide guidance to team members with the aim of improving the sales skills of the team
- Ability to evaluate business opportunities make sound decisions and exceed revenue goals
- Strong executive presence gravitas and ability to influence at the Clevel
- Integritydriven collaborative team player who can resolve conflicts with ease
- Capability in forming enduring teamwork across an organization and geographies supported by strong networking skills and ability to build alliances
