Position Overview:
The Industry Value Lead Energy & Utilities (E&U) will be responsible for driving business value assurance across the E&U industry segment. This strategic role serves as the bridge between sales delivery customer success product and marketing teams to ensure that customers realize measurable value from their engagements. The Industry Value Lead plays a critical role in shaping and guiding highimpact valuebased engagements for top strategic deals and aligning internal capabilities to support value delivery throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Value Assurance:
Lead the development and execution of valuebased strategies for strategic E&U deals ensuring business value is at the core of every engagement.
Strategic Deal Support:
Collaborate with sales and presales teams to design and deliver compelling value propositions that align with customer priorities and industry trends.
Delivery Handover & Enablement:
Facilitate the transition from sales to delivery by ensuring the delivery teams fully understand the defined value objectives and success criteria.
Customer Value Realization:
Partner with customer success teams to measure track and communicate the business value realized by customers postimplementation.
Crossfunctional Alignment:
Act as a strategic liaison between R&D Product Marketing and Industry Directors to embed industryspecific business value into product roadmaps gotomarket strategies and customer messaging.
Thought Leadership:
Contribute to the development of industryspecific value frameworks tools and content that position the organization as a trusted advisor in the E&U space.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Proven experience in value engineering business consulting or industry strategy within the Energy & Utilities sector.
Strong understanding of E&U business processes industry drivers and digital transformation trends.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and crossfunctional teams.
Experience in managing complex enterprise sales cycles and/or strategic customer engagements.
Demonstrated ability to quantify and articulate business value.
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with SaaS or cloudbased enterprise solutions.
Experience working in a global matrixed organization.
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced dynamic environment
