Are you passionate about the intersection of marketing and technology Were looking for a Marketing Optimization Specialist to ensure our marketing technology ecosystem supports business goals and is easy for teams to use effectively. In this role youll serve as a strategic partner for our Marketing and Corporate Communications teams helping them drive better outcomes through smarter use of tools and platforms. From system monitoring and compliance oversight to platform training and user enablement youll help translate platform capabilities into real marketing impact. Youll track usage metrics streamline workflows champion new features and ensure our MarTech stack is fully optimized secure and delivering value.

You know marketing technology platforms particularly Adobe Experience Cloud can anticipate needs and have a demonstrated history of uncovering opportunities for optimization. Additional Information :
a. Monitor system health and hygiene from an enduser perspective to keep up with capabilities needed to deliver defined business outcomes.
b. Monitor integration effectiveness between systems to identify potential issues from an overall enduser effectiveness and accuracy perspective.
c. Ensure adherence to compliance and privacy regulations related to user execution and deployment of capabilities.
d. Assist in the development and maintenance of MarTech stack related process and procedures to support the organization and provides clear communication or training to crossfunctional teams and other partners.
e. Administer and govern licenses permissions and roles across MarTech systems to ensure compliance optimal performance and security.
f. Inspect system outputs and monitor dashboard metrics for quality and anomalies usage adoption gaps and opportunities.
g. Support platform governance ensuring management and activation standards are met including quality and completeness; leverage best practices to maintain platform quality and security and complete analysis in support of platform effectiveness.
h. Track and measure the effectiveness of change management through system usage and adoption of systems. Enable optimal usage of tools individually and as an integrated solution.
i. Research platform enhancements quick tips best practices and ongoing enablement and consistently deploys and trains users. Stays up to date on new features and updates to consider workflows process steps overall user enablement and user efficiencies and effectiveness; offer strong datadriven recommendations on how each release can be applied to deliver value and drive business outcomes
j. Evaluate processes and workflows for continued optimization efficiencies and consistency. Ensure systems are optimized for practitioners requiring intimate working knowledge of how users need to use the systems. Extend best practices and learnings across all users for consistent use adoption and optimization.
k. Other duties as assigned.
