Job Description
Fortune Brands is looking for a Lead Application Analyst to join our technology team.
This Lead Application Analyst role at Fortune Brands Innovation is a great opportunity especially if you have experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) and a background in IT. The position focuses on supporting and configuring warehouse technology including warehouse management systems and conveyor control software.
Job Location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield IL. Effective mid2025 Fortune Brands will transition to a new worldclass campus in Deerfield bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices brands and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration along with amenities for dining onsite daycare fitness and recreation.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Blue Yonder capabilities
- Migrate legacy WMS platforms to Blue Yonder
- Define requirements design solutions develop and test integrations and lead projects
- Act as an IT liaison for DCs operating on Blue Yonder
- Coordinate support from other IT teams
- Participate in DC projects and leverage new technologies
- Supervise software and other external vendors
- Ensure proper project governance and manage risk through compliance
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in IT or a related field
- 5 years hands on experience with Blue Yonder and/or JDA WMS software
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Boomi middleware is a plus
- Experience with WMS integration to other system (e.g. ERP WES WCS & RF)
- Strong warehouse operations knowledge (receiving putaway picking shipping etc)
- Knowledge of computer networks desktop computers and server technology
- Approximately 25% travel
- Strong communication and internal consulting skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to business stakeholders
- Ability to apply corrective actions to identified issues
- actions to identified people process or systems issues
Additional Information :
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $90000 USD $143000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased sales incentive plan.
