This role is ideal for a dynamic selfmotivated professional with strong business acumen technical aptitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
What Youll Do
As a Sales Engineer youll be the bridge between our technical solutions and our customers needs. You will:
Develop and grow strategic customer relationships in the aluminum industry.
Deliver technical sales presentations and provide ongoing support and consultation.
Identify quote and close opportunities to expand Pyroteks market share.
Negotiate pricing and supply agreements ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Travel to customer sites up to 50%.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in business engineering or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or process related industry.
Skills & Abilities:
Proven success in B2B technical sales or industrial solution selling.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer value with company profitability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
Adept at CRM systems Microsoft Office ERP software and data tools like Power BI.
Highly organized selfdirected and resultsoriented.
Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a valid U.S. passport and maintain a clean driving record.
