Job Description
Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Stevens Point WI Corporate Office
*May include remote opportunities in the following states: AZ FL IL IN KS MI MN PA TN TX UT WA WI. No relocation assistance is provided.
Starting Salary: $56874.78 $62562.26 (Salary commensurate with experience)
Skyward is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Programming Professional Services team. In this role youll collaborate with management and team members to deliver insightful reports dashboards and data analytics that drive decisionmaking and innovation. What youll do:
- Design develop and support customized reports dashboards and data analytics.
- Provide exceptional customer support training and consulting on product usage.
- Lead both onsite and virtual training sessions for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot reporting issues.
- Continuously learn and grow your expertise in BI tools and data systems.
What you need:
- A two or fouryear degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and general PC applications.
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Crystal Reports SQL Query tools Power BI Amazon QuickSight).
- Understanding of databases SQL queries and data analytics concepts.
- A detailoriented mindset with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
