Job Description
As a member of the Legal Department team you will be expected to support business activities of the company including but not limited to:
- Provide legal support for the companys operations in several jurisdictions
- Draft and review all types of agreements NDAs and other legal documents
- Advise on different IP and personal datarelated matters
- Assist sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning contracts and approval thereof with clients/partners/suppliers
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
Qualifications :
- Higher education degree in law
- Proven track record and 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Solid experience in commercial and civil law with profound experience in client agreements and tenders
- Expertise in IP law
- Detailoriented mindset
- At least UpperIntermediate level of English
