We are seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead an established recruitment function within our inhouse team. This is a fulltime permanent role offering the chance to shape futurefocused recruitment services and to make a significant impact by fostering excellence engagement and leadership.
Reporting to the Associate Director Talent and Recruitment youll oversee teams responsible for delivering highquality consultative recruitment services across both academic and professional portfolios. This is a peoplefocused leadership role with a strong emphasis on coaching mentoring and developing team capability. You will inspire and guide your team to deliver recruitment excellence ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement and drive continuous improvement across all facets of recruitment operations.
You will also be instrumental in supporting initiatives that include the rollout of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) advancing internal mobility and career development pathways and championing diversity and employer branding strategies across the University. Your ability to foster relationships influence senior stakeholders and lead through change will be key to your success.
This role is a full term permanent role 37.5 hours salary $130000 $170000 dep on exp.
