As a Product Principal focused on Regulatory Change youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our product offerings remain compliant competitive and aligned with evolving industry standards.
What youll be doing:
- Leading the implementation of regulatory change across UK and European fund ranges
- Managing product lifecycle activities to ensure ongoing compliance and client alignment
- Coordinating crossfunctional teams to deliver regulatory and industryled initiatives
- Embedding new regulatory procedures into existing product processes
- Supporting product governance through committee and board presentations
- Engaging with stakeholders across Investments Distribution Legal Risk and Operations
- Providing technical product support on regulation tax disclosures and operations
- Analysing market and competitor trends to inform product enhancements
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Demonstrable experience in asset management product strategy and regulatory change
- Strong knowledge of pooled product structures including UCITS and nonUCITS
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent understanding of UK Irish and Luxembourg fund regulations
- Professional qualifications such as IMC CFA CAIA or equivalent (desirable)
- Project management accreditation (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile) is a plus
- High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
- Collaborative approach with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
